Registration Update - You will see the following when booking your room. "Daily destination fee of USD 32 will be added to room rate." A block of rooms has been reserved at $130/ night until Tuesday, January 31, 2020 or until sold out, whichever occurs first. You can book your room ONLINE or by calling 1-702- 836-5900 and ask for in house reservations to book under the SIA Room-block.
Attendees are responsible for their own registration and reservations may be made no later than Friday, January 31, 2020.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and first night room deposit may be required. No show and/or cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night room and tax.

Cancellations must be received by Friday, February 14, 2020 to be eligible for a refund. There is a $35 fee for all cancellations and bank returned checks. Refunds will not be provided for cancellation requests received after Friday, February 14, 2020.

Membership in SIA and attendance at SIA functions is subject to the observance of SIA’s Code of Conduct. Recording devices may not be used. SIA members and attendees are expected to uphold the highest standards of personal conduct at all SIA functions. Members and/or attendees shall not solicit business or otherwise seek any private or personal financial gain in attending or participating in any SIA meeting or function; including the distribution of material not approved in advance by the SIA Board. Membership/event attendee lists shall not be used or sold for any commercial or promotional purpose.
