• Open General License (OGL) Pilot Program – OGLs Nos. 1 and 2 went into effect on Aug. 1, 2022.  What types of transfers do the new licenses enable and how can they be used?
• ITAR Reorganization Effort – After years of development, the first in what is expected to be a series of rules reorganizing the ITAR was published on Mar. 23, 2022 with an effective date of Sep. 6, 2022.   What is the reasoning behind the reorganization effort, what will change on September 6, 2022, and what are the next steps in the reorganization effort?
• Other Upcoming ITAR Changes – What are the other regulatory changes DDTC is working on?
