One of SIA’s longest running volunteers is moving on after 20 years of voluntary service as Editor-in-Chief of SIA’s ITAR, Mr. James E. Bartlett III of Full Circle Trade Law, PLLC informed the Board he will be resigning his post. Over the past two decades, tens of thousands of people around the world have relied on the SIA version of the ITAR as “the critical element” in their Trade Compliance Tool Kit.
Mr. Bartlett’s version of the SIA ITAR is not only an industry staple, but met the most exacting standards including, among other things, the latest regulatory changes coupled with an index to aid readers. His tireless support and commitment to the organization is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten. On behalf of the Society for International Affairs and its members, Thank you, Jim, for your incredible contributions!
Fortunately, Chad Leezer of Collins Aerospace, and former long-time SIA ITAR Assistant Editor, volunteered to serve as our new ITAR Editor-in-Chief. Thank you, Chad, for your continued assistance!
